I am the proud owner of Park City Bread and Bagel.
So, I planned a big entry for this event, but I just haven’t had any time to put together a decent post. A big change from months past, I have had a ton of work to do over the last few days. Lots of accounts to switch, credit lines to establish, paperwork to fill out, and bills to pay.
Today was my second day as owner and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll write more when I get the chance.
